No refund shall be accepted once the package has been dispatched. In the event of a refund, money transfer charges shall be borne by the purchaser.

Once you receive your medications, we will only provide a refund if the product is broken down, spoiled during shipping, pills damaged or expired during the shipment. If you have paid for your order via a bank transfer then in case of a refund we will refund the amount of the order minus the bank wire fee. Please note that the products ordered stay in our rightful possession until complete payment of the order amount. By choosing bank wire as a payment option you agree to these terms and conditions. Usually, we suggest credit or debit card payments for the transactions which are secured & safe way for online business. If the customer is not satisfied with the medications then no refund will be offered for that medicine.
Order Cancellation Policy
For order cancellation please, be informed that we accept order cancellations ONLY within 24 Hours (2 Days) after the order placing. If you wish to cancel the order then you need to call our customer care number or E-mail us and let us know of your decision. In case you contact us after 24 Hours (2 Days), no order cancellation will be processed further.
